An optional way to track patterns in what you eat, how you feel, and what your body might be telling us — no obsessing, just awareness.

Practical, nourishing recipes that fit your lifestyle. New recipes added quarterly.

✔️ Customized Nutrition Plan + Sample Meal Ideas

Additional resources will be provided on relevant topics covered during our sessions (such as Blood Sugar Balance, Sleep/Circadian Rhythm, Inflammation, etc.)

✔️ Additional Testing
While HTMA testing is included in your initial consultation, additional functional testing (DUTCH, etc.) is optional and available at a discounted rate for active coaching clients. We’ll only run what makes sense based on your unique case — no pressure or upselling.

Is Hormone, Period, or Fertility Support Included?

Absolutely — and it’s one of my favorite areas to work in.

If your primary goals involve cycle balance, painful or missing periods, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, post-birth control healing, or general hormone balance, we’ll build your plan around that. These deeper goals often take time, so I recommend a minimum 4-month commitment to give your body space to shift.

Foundations Plan: 3 Months

  • 3-month commitment

  • $189/month

Hormone + Fertility Plan: 4 Months

  • 4-month commitment for period problems, cycle tracking, fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, post-birth control, and hormone balance.

    Clients focusing on hormones, cycles, and fertility often need more time to see meaningful shifts and support deeper healing. After completing the initial 4-month program, ongoing monthly support is available at a reduced rate for continued guidance and maintenance.
