While HTMA testing is included in your initial consultation, additional functional testing (DUTCH, etc.) is optional and available at a discounted rate for active coaching clients. We’ll only run what makes sense based on your unique case — no pressure or upselling.

Is Hormone, Period, or Fertility Support Included?
Absolutely — and it’s one of my favorite areas to work in.
If your primary goals involve cycle balance, painful or missing periods, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, post-birth control healing, or general hormone balance, we’ll build your plan around that. These deeper goals often take time, so I recommend a minimum 4-month commitment to give your body space to shift.

Clients focusing on hormones, cycles, and fertility often need more time to see meaningful shifts and support deeper healing. After completing the initial 4-month program, ongoing monthly support is available at a reduced rate for continued guidance and maintenance.
