  • Includes a 90-minute intake session to review health history, next steps, and personalized recommendations for testing and nutrition coaching.

✓ Nutrition Coaching

  • Joint or individual coaching sessions allow support for both men and women wanting to eat to nourish their fertility.

✓ Additional Testing

  • Options for testing include (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, DUTCH Hormone Testing, and Mira Fertility Tracking)

  • Testing is optional and recommendations will be discussed during the Fertility Clarity Session for Couples
