The Process

  • Step 1: Initial Assessment

    A strategy session to look at key factors that may be impacting your hormones and fertility. Options available for women and for couples.

    Step 2: Ongoing Nutrition Coaching

    You’ll receive practical guidance for nutrition, mineral balance, and lifestyle support tailored to your body. Follow-up sessions allow us to track progress, adjust your plan, and continue supporting your body as it rebalances.

  • Step 3: Additional Testing and Tracking (Optional)

    While HTMA provides our starting point, some clients benefit from additional testing or cycle tracking tools depending on their symptoms and goals.

  • I have included a per session coaching option and a monthly coaching option. The monthly coaching option includes additional benefits.

  • Pay Per Session: $115

    Pay Per Month: $210

    Please note a minimum of 3-4 months of coaching is recommended for best results. Some may need longer for healing to take place.
