Yes! Inside of the Fertility Foundations program, I work with couples who are trying to conceive. This includes testing and a plan for him as well as her.

The Fertility Foundations Program is designed for any couple trying to conceive. This is great foundational work for improving your nutrition and nourishing your fertility whether you’re doing IVF, going the natural route, or another alternative fertility treatment.

Pregnancy is not a guaranteed outcome for those in the Fertility Foundations Program. Every situation is unique and there are many factors that play into fertility challenges. You will however leave with confidence in supporting your body better for conception and fertility.

Yes! I have a dedicated period course (with 1:1 support available) designed to help women to reduce PMS symptoms, regulate their cycles, and get support for heavy and/or painful periods.

Currently, I do not. The programs I offer are specifically designed for women who are still menstruating and/or trying to conceive. If you’d like a referral for a practitioner that specializes in perimenopause or menopause, I’d be happy to send you the name of trusted practitioners that can better support your needs.

I am unable to accept insurance, however, some insurance plans may allow you to utilize Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your nutrition program. Alternatively, I do offer payment plans for 1:1 coaching programs.

Yes, payment plans are available and can be discussed during your free discovery call.

The work we do inside the Foundational Fertility Program and even the Period Program is designed to support foundational hormone health. If you become pregnant during either program, we will use the sessions to continue supporting quality nutrition during your pregnancy. Refunds are not available.
