Dandelion Root Latte

Looking for a warm drink this winter that will support your hormones? Try this blood-sugar balancing latte! Made with dandelion root tea, this drink is caffeine free, easy on digestion, and hormone-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Teeccino Dandelion Root Tea (any flavor)

  • 8 oz. filtered water

Directions

  1. Boil 8 oz. filtered water.

  2. Steep 2 bags of Teeccino Dandelion Root Tea (any flavor) in the boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bags from tea.

  4. Add in collagen, my-inositol, and Laird Superfood creamer. Froth together or mix with a spoon until well mixed.
